Treating Patients Long Distance

Professor Rothbart has invented a therapy that is highly sought after by people around the world seeking to eliminate their chronic pain.  Due to this incredible demand, Professor Rothbart has created a specific approach to treat his patients who can not travel to Italy. 

We know that certain tests can be run without the presence of the physician.  Examples are X-rays, MRIs, blood tests or urinalyses. The results of these tests are then sent to the doctor to interpret and proceed with your treatment. 

Similar to this, Professor Rothbart has invented specific tests that can easily be run without his presence.   Professor Rothbart's analysis of these tests gives him the information he needs to proceed with your treatment long distance.  Many people across the globe have obtained great results working long distance with Professor Rothbart.

Here is the process we follow to work together long distance

(1)  You will send me an email describing your problem and your desire to work with me long distance.

(2)  I will email back telling you whether or not your problem is within my area of expertise.  If it is, we will set up our initial phone consultation as follows:
  • First, please pay 175 euros (or the equivalent in Sterling, Yen, US, Canadian or Australian dollars) for your consultation (use PayPal, lower right bottom of this page).
  • Second, I will then contact you to schedule our 45-60 minute phone consultation.
(3)  During our initial phone consultation I will ask you questions in order to clearly understand your problem.  We will discuss how I can help you and the course of therapy that will get you well.  If you would like to proceed, you will then be directed to my ‘Long Distance Patient’ website.

(4)  On my 'Long Distance Patient' website you will find the simple directions on how to complete the tests that I require.  You will complete these tests and then send them to me by email.

(5)  Using a sophisticated set of algorithms, I will run a computer analysis on your tests.  The results of this analysis tell me exactly what I need to do to eliminate your pain.

(6)  1st telephone appointment- I explain the results of my analysis and prescribe a course of action to address your problem.  I prescribe your custom designed proprioceptive insoles, which will be sent to you.

(7)  2nd telephone appointment- I will instruct you on the wearing of your insoles, answer all your questions and concerns, and discuss potential symptoms that may require my immediate attention.  You may call me if a problem arises. 

In some of the most difficult cases, I will need a health care provider present with you during our telephone appointments, who will act as my hands and eyes.  If this probability arises, we will determine who that person will be.  Typically, he is your chiropractor, osteopath, cranial sacral or myofascial therapist, massage therapist or cranial dentist.

(8)  After our 2nd appointment, you will repeat the same tests that you initially ran, this time wearing the proprioceptive insoles.  I will run a second computer analysis.

(9)  3rd telephone appointment- We review your progress.  Your therapist (if his presence is required) acts as my eyes and hands, and runs the tests that I ask of him.  If I need to change the strength of the signal built into your insoles, a new pair will be sent to you.
